With a mission to collaborate with the educational community, Carroll Learning Alliance seeks to empower families by offering exceptional academic programs through charter education. The organization’s first initiative is the establishment of Carroll Classical Charter School, a tuition-free charter school aimed at providing a high-quality, classical education to local students.
